Sometimes the US Postal Service (or your local non-US mail carrier) will say a package was delivered to you successfully, but you're not able to find it in your mailbox. Please note that while we will always do everything we can to help you out, if the US Postal Service says a package was successfully delivered to you there is very little that we can do from our end.

Here's a list of things you can do to try and locate your package:

(1) Be patient and wait up to 1 week after the delivery notification.

About 1 in 4,000 packages are marked as "delivered" by the US Postal Service before they actually arrive. Sometimes the US Postal Service delivers packages to the wrong address and the neighbor has to walk it over or drop it back off at the Post Office for re-delivery.

It can sometimes take up to a week for the US Postal Service to naturally correct it's errors.

In my personal experience, I've had it take up to 3 weeks for a package to arrive. I've also seen in my mailbox, on more than one occasion, packages addressed to somebody else (for example, same house number and city, but different street name).

This is actually the #1 reason why packages are marked as "delivered" by the Post Office that don't actually show up at your place.

(2) Double check that the address on your order is the same as the location you are at.

Even a single typo when placing your order can cause it to go missing. If you ordered from Facebook, it may have an old address automatically saved in your account.

Before we report a missing package, let's make sure that your current address and the address on your order match perfectly. Please review your receipt to make sure that the address is correct.

(3) Be sure to check any side-doors at your residence or other places where the US Postal Service sometimes leaves packages.

Occasionally the US Postal Service will place packages out of sight to prevent theft.

(4) Check to see if somebody else in your household brought it in.

(5) Check with a few neighbors to see if it was delivered to them.

(6) Check with your postal carrier.

The reason we start with the above six trouble-shooting tips is because the US Postal Service tracking says the package was delivered. That means your postal carrier specifically placed the package at your address (unless they made a mistake) and then used their tracking software to mark it as delivered.
