Holiday Shipping Deadline (Too Late)

FYI - we can no longer guarantee that items ordered will arrive by Christmas. The last date that we were able to guarantee shipping in the United States for Christmas was orders placed by Dec. 10th at 9am Pacific time. After that, it may (no guarantees) be possible to upgrade your order for an additional fee to expedite shipping.

Where Are Your Products Shipped From?

Most orders ship from the United States. Some specialty items may arrive from other countries (such as Australia, Germany, China, or the United Kingdom). Will My Items Be Shipped In One Package?

For logistical reasons, your items may be sent in different packages - even if you've purchased them in a single order. We hope you are delighted if any part of your order arrives early. How Do You Protect Fragile Items?

Breakable items (such as mugs, glasses, etc.) will be shipped with special packaging to ensure safe delivery. For Non-US Deliveries, Are There Any Import/Duty Taxes?

Can I Pay More For Expedited Shipping?

When Will My Items Arrive?

Most of our products are custom-made to order when you request them. They go through over 25 steps from order creation to shipment.
